IIWT is the pioneer in the segment of welding technology education. IIWT was established in 1991 by a team of professionals to impart high-quality technical education. Today, we have learning centers across Kerala to disseminate the current advancement in welding technology.
We have highly qualified faculty members to teach with over two decades of experience, and an ever-growing desire to excel. All these elements have helped us to establish unchallenged leadership in the field of X-ray welding.
To top it all, IIWT has arranged direct employment through reputed overseas recruiting agencies at CCC (Consolidated Contracting Company) Qatar. With high profile workshop, sate of the art machines and committed faculty IIWT offers a broad spectrum of course in welding technology. NSDC was set up as part of a national skill development mission to fulfil the growing need in India for skilled manpower across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills. "There is a compelling need to launch a world-class skill development programme in a mission mode that will address the challenge of imparting the skills required by a growing economy. Both the structure and the leadership of the mission must be such that the programme can be scaled up quickly to cover the whole country."

One of the National Assessing Body of Skill Development Initiative under Modular Employable Skills (SDI-MES), NULM, DDUGKY, and Sector Skill Councils of NSDC, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt of India Since 2008.
We are the ISO 9001:2016 certified for Professional Trade Testing and Certification of skilled workers. Our organization with an existence of 10 years in this domain, providing assessment for various Sectors/Modules for different organization in and around Kerala and other states.
