Gas Tungsten Arc
Welding (GTAW) -
TIG Welding
Duration:6 Months
N.S.D.C Certified Course
Objective:
Advancement in engineering materials and fabrication technology have increased the demand for welds with precise quality requirements. These can be best met by adopting conventional/pulsed TIG welding. The stringent quality requirements associated with this process demand that the welders must possess sufficient skill and use it through disciplined and systematic procedures. This course is planned to meet the exacting demands of pulsed TIG welding and conventional welding through a methodical and ordered approach. As a result a practicing Arc and Gas welder could easily acquire the skills and work methods essential for TIG welding
A perfect technical understanding of gas tungsten arc welding preparation for pipe welding, invariably adds to the skills to produce quality groove welding on d-inch, schedule 80, steel pipe in the 24, 54 and 6G position.
